Hey Junkies!
And just like that – We now know our first contestant for the title of Miss America 2017! It’s MARYBETH NOONAN – MISS MAINE!!!
Marybeth was previously named Miss Maine Outstanding Teen 2010 – and she is the second former OT winner to capture the Maine crown (Kristin Korda being the first).
Junkies are pretty excited to say we tapped both Marybeth and the First Runner Up Katherine Rushlau, in our predictions – Which means, 2016 is off to a pretty great start! Congrats to both Marybeth and Katherine – Along with the other amazing ladies who competed at Miss Maine yesterday! It’s great to kick off state pageant season and see our first winner!
Sooooooooooooo… If Marybeth is the first – that means we have 51 more names to discover! And NEXT weekend, we’ll be crowning the second member of the Miss America class of 2017 – It’s Miss New Hampshire Week – and Junkies can’t wait to see who takes the Miss NH 2016 title!
This one won’t be easy… New Hampshire appears to have some amazing contestants this year – And there’s usually a “surprise sleeper” or two who come out of nowhere in New Hampshire, just to keep things interesting 🙂
